Here is a great suggestion to get your positive vibes going again!
Google "positive affirmations." Find some that you like and print them. Find a friend who could also use a mental uplift and tell him or her to do the same. Schedule five minutes, three times a week and read your positive affirmations to each other substituting "you" for "I." It may sound silly but it works. Let me know your results.
